Welcome to The Beautiful Shift with Awaken with Tyguenne. By booking any session, program, product, or service, you agree to the following terms and policies.

The Beautiful Shift provides intuitive, energetic, and spiritual services designed to support personal awakening, healing, and soul alignment. Services currently offered include, but are not limited to:

The Beautiful Shift reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without notice. All offerings are rooted in intuitive connection, energy healing, and spiritual development, and are provided as educational and personal empowerment tools.
The Client understands that The Beautiful Shift is not acting as a licensed medical doctor, therapist, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other licensed or registered professional. The spiritual mentorship, energetic coaching, and intuitive services provided are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, legal counsel, or medical treatment.
While these offerings may include energetic shifts, channeled guidance, intuitive insights, and spiritual techniques, they are intended solely for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes.
Client acknowledges full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and results during and after any session, event, or service.
All live calls and private sessions may be recorded for the purposes of integration, program evolution, and potential marketing.
By booking a service, you consent to the session being recorded. No identifying information or video will ever be publicly shared without explicit written consent. Any audio excerpts used will be anonymized, de-identified, and only shared to support educational or marketing content.
The Coach may share anonymized general reflections, screenshots, or insights, but will never disclose your personal identity, face, voice, or name without permission.
Client agrees to maintain confidentiality around materials and discussions inside any group, program, or call container.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations for digital downloads, services, events, or sessions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By booking, you agree to pay the full amount listed for your chosen service, and acknowledge that your payment secures your time, energy, and access.
All materials provided by The Beautiful Shift are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a personal, single-user license for your own growth and education. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
By engaging in any service, you agree that:
You are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate.
You are responsible for your own energy, decisions, and participation.
You understand that results are not guaranteed and are based on your own integration.
You are not substituting this work for medical, legal, or psychological care.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through confidential mediation or arbitration in El Dorado County, CA.
