Terms and Policies for Services Offered by The Beautiful Shift Awakening Academy
Welcome to The Beautiful Shift Awakening Academy’s Astrocartography Readings, Reiki Services, and Psychic Readings. Before booking any of our services, please read the following terms and policies carefully. By booking a reading or using any of our services, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms and policies.
1.Nature of the Services:
Our services, including Astrocartography Readings, Reiki Services, and Psychic Readings, are intended for guidance and insight. These services do not constitute professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. They are designed to provide support, clarity, and a holistic approach to personal well-being and self-discovery.
2. Commitment:
Our services are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are fully committed to receiving a reading or session before making a booking. We dedicate time, energy, and expertise to each session, and we appreciate your commitment in return.
3. Confidentiality:
All information you provide during your sessions, including personal details, will be kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed upon. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with any third parties.
4. Client Responsibility:
For accurate readings and sessions, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, such as your birth data for Astrocartography Readings or relevant details for Reiki and Psychic Readings. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Interpretation and Guidance:
Our readings and sessions are based on our expertise and interpretations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the reliability or outcomes of the guidance provided. You are responsible for interpreting and applying this guidance to your own life.
6. No Guarantees:
We make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcomes or results of our services. Your life choices and decisions are ultimately your own, and we are not responsible for the decisions you make based on our guidance.
7. Subscription Commitment:
By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months from the date of your initial subscription. This commitment is in place to ensure the stability of our services and to provide you with a seamless experience throughout the subscription period.
Your subscription commitment begins on the date of your initial subscription and continues for a period of three (3) consecutive months. During this time, you will have access to the full range of features and benefits associated with your chosen subscription plan.
Cancellation of your subscription within the initial three-month commitment period is subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy section for detailed information on the process, applicable fees (if any), and any other relevant details.
At the end of the initial three-month commitment period, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled. Monthly renewal will continue until you choose to cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Billing for the initial three-month commitment period will occur at the time of subscription. Subsequent billing will take place on a monthly basis unless canceled. Please refer to our billing and payments section for more information on the billing cycle, accepted payment methods, and any applicable taxes.
After the initial three-month commitment period, you may terminate your subscription at any time with accordance to our cancellation policy. Termination requests should be submitted through the designated channels outlined in the cancellation policy section.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of the subscription commitment with prior notice to our subscribers. By continuing to use our services after any such modifications, you indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or violation of our terms and policies.
9. Changes and Updates:
We may update or change these terms and policies at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any modifications.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when sufficient notice is given. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you cancel or reschedule twice, your appointment will be cancelled permanently and not refunded.
No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for services provided. We commit to delivering high-quality service and ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the service you’ve received, please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation, and we will make every effort to address your needs.

By booking a reading or session with The Beautiful Shift Awakening Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and policies, please refrain from using our services.
